Robert P. Kiep, III is the Interim Business Development Practice Lead in Glenmede’s Philadelphia office. In this role, he is responsible for cultivating relationships with tax-exempt entities and high-net-worth families and oversees the Business Development team in Philadelphia. In addition, he fosters and maintains existing client relationships, enhancing the Company’s reputation as a specialized wealth manager.

Prior to his current role, Mr. Kiep was the Regional Director of Glenmede’s Princeton office where he partnered with the investment management, wealth advisory and business development professionals and oversaw the delivery of services to high-net-worth individuals and families, and taxable and tax-exempt organizations . Previously, he was a Senior Portfolio and Relationship Manager in the company’s Philadelphia office. Before joining Glenmede, Mr. Kiep was a Vice President and Senior Portfolio Manager at Walnut Asset Management and a Financial Consultant at Wheat First Butcher Singer where he provided clients with security brokerage advice.

Mr. Kiep earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Emory University.

Mr. Kiep is the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Plastic Suppliers, Inc., Chairman of the Board for the Coriell Institute for Medical Research, member of the Board of Directors of Coriell Life Sciences, Inc. and past Commodore of Little Egg Harbor Yacht Club.
