Matthew Hallam, CFA, is a Portfolio Manager in Glenmede’s Princeton office. In this role, he is responsible for providing investment advice, asset allocation and ongoing portfolio management for Glenmede clients. Mr. Hallam partners with advisory, tax and wealth planning colleagues to understand client goals, provide tailored guidance and ensure clients’ wealth management objectives are fulfilled.

Prior to joining Glenmede, Mr. Hallam was an Investment Analyst at Gavi, the Vaccine Alliance, a global public-private partnership dedicated to improving access to life-saving vaccines. In this role, he was responsible for analyzing strategies and portfolios for Gavi’s long-term endowment fund totaling approximately $800M. In addition, he monitored Gavi’s investments for ESG policy compliance while crafting thoughtful, informative communications for Investment Committee and Board meetings.

Mr. Hallam earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science and history from Vanderbilt University. Mr. Hallam received the Chartered Financial Analyst designation and is a member of the CFA Society of Philadelphia.
