Jennifer Park is a Recruiting Officer in Glenmede’s Philadelphia office on the Talent Acquisition team. She is responsible for supporting the firm’s recruitment process, talent development process and the seasonal co-op cycle and summer internship programs.

Prior to joining Glenmede, Ms. Park served as a Senior Recruiter for New York Life Insurance Company. In this role, she oversaw the recruitment strategy for the Strategy Planning & Consulting, New York Life Investment Management, New York Life Investors, Marketing and Life Underwriting businesses. She developed effective relationships with hiring managers and business leaders to partner on all staffing, sourcing and recruiting initiatives. Previously, Ms. Park worked for Barclays as an HR Business Partner for the Global Research & Markets segment. She managed a wide range of stakeholders across HR and internal clients to achieve the execution of HR initiatives, promotion processes, and the year-end compensation process.

Ms. Park received her Bachelor of Arts degree in communication from the University of Scranton.
