Jeff Lipschutz is Glenmede’s Associate General Counsel in Glenmede’s Philadelphia Office. In this role, Mr. Lipschutz serves as an internal advisor on all legal, regulatory and compliance matters.

Prior to joining Glenmede, Mr. Lipschutz served as Senior Legal Counsel and Regional Head of Legal Services (Americas) for Partners Group. In this role, he lead the transactional legal team in the Americas across private equity, real estate and infrastructure, focusing on primary and secondary fund investments, direct lead acquisitions and minority co-investments.  He began his career as a Legal Consultant for Morgan Stanley’s Institutional Equity Division in New York, New York.

Mr. Lipschutz received his Juris Doctor degree from Temple University Beasley School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Syracuse University.
