Jeannette M. Leighton, CPA, is Director of Personal Tax in Glenmede’s Philadelphia office. In partnership with investment management and business development colleagues, she provides income tax planning and preparation advice for the Company’s affluent individual investors.

Prior to joining Glenmede, Ms. Leighton was a Consultant to the Estate and Trust Department at the law firm of Schenck, Price, Smith & King in Morristown, NJ. Before that, she was a partner at Ratcliffe-Lee & Leighton in Wayne, NJ, served as an Adjunct Professor at Sussex Community College, and was a Senior Tax Manager at Deloitte & Touche in their Parsippany, NJ and Miami, FL offices.

Ms. Leighton earned both her Masters in Taxation and Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from the University of Florida. She is a member of the American and New Jersey Institutes of Certified Public Accountants.

Ms. Leighton is a member of the Planned Giving Committee for Women’s Way. She served her community as St. Dunstan’s Episcopal Church Treasurer, Girl Scout Leader, Mountain View School PTA Treasurer, and Westmont Montessori School Board President.
