J. Sergeant (Serge) Pepper is a Regional Director within Glenmede’s Private Wealth Group and a Portfolio Manager in the Philadelphia office. In this role, he leads the Company’s wealth management practice for high-net-worth individuals and families, including the development and management of personalized and comprehensive investment management, advisory and planning services. In addition, Mr. Pepper serves as a member of the Company’s Fiduciary Practices Committee, which oversees the administrative standards that require the Company, as fiduciary, to exercise discretion under the terms of a governing instrument or applicable law.

Prior to joining Glenmede over two decades ago, Mr. Pepper served as an Associate Vice President of Trident Advisors. In this role, he was responsible for high net worth relationships, focusing primarily on clients for whom the Company had a fiduciary responsibility. Previously, he worked as a Senior Financial Advisor at Prudential Securities, where he received his Series 7, 63 and 65, and as Equity Research Associate in Argentina for Merchant Bankers Asociados.

Mr. Pepper received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Goucher College. He is a Board member of both The Scholler Foundation and AIM Planned Giving, and volunteers with the Conshohocken Youth Lacrosse program.
