Gale Elaine Rue, CTFA

Gale Elaine Rue, CTFA, is a Wealth Advisor in Glenmede’s Philadelphia office. In this role, she is responsible for providing thoughtful wealth management advice, solutions for fiduciary, charitable, financial, and wealth transfer planning, and trust and account administration. Ms. Rue partners with investment, tax and wealth planning colleagues to understand client goals, provide tailored guidance and ensure clients’ wealth management objectives are fulfilled.

Prior to joining Glenmede, Ms. Rue managed the Special Needs Trust Unit at Bryn Mawr Trust, where she worked with permanently disabled clients and their families to ensure their secure financial future and help them achieve maximum personal development and comfort. Her duties also included staff management, business development, and chairing the Discretionary Distribution Committee. Before that, she served as Vice President and Senior Relationship Manager at PNC Bank. Ms. Rue began her career as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Robert. W. Tredinnick in the Montgomery County Orphan’s Court.

Ms. Rue received her Bachelor of Arts degree, cum laude, in liberal arts from Allegheny College and a Juris Doctor degree from the Dickinson School of Law. She is a graduate of the Cannon Financial Institute and is accredited as a Certified Trust and Financial Advisor.

Ms. Rue is a member of the Philadelphia Bar Association, the Philadelphia County Estate Planning Council and the Institute of Certified Bankers. She serves as a mentor to a single teen parent through the Center Foundation, in Media, PA.
