Erin Haas

Erin Haas leads Glenmede’s Human Resources Department with responsibility for overseeing talent management succession planning, talent acquisition, learning & development, employee relations & compliance, HR systems, budgets, and compensations plans.

Prior to joining Glenmede, Ms. Haas served as Vice President of Talent Management at Airgas, where she worked to develop and retain existing employees, build strong succession pipelines and attract early career talents. Prior to her work at Airgas, Ms. Haas held leadership roles in Human Resources at Saint-Gobain, Vanguard, and General Electric. Ms. Haas has nearly two decades of experience in Human Resource Leadership, and is a proven business leader, with an emphasis on talent management, leadership development, organizational design, and project management.

Ms. Haas earned a Master of Science degree in Business Administration from The University of Notre Dame, a Juris Doctor degree from The Catholic University of America Columbus School of Law, and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Fairfield University.

Ms. Haas is involved in several non-profit and professional organizations, and she serves on the Board of Directors for Dunwoody Village. She was a former member of the Bar in Maryland and Massachusetts. Ms. Haas is GE Certified Six Sigma Black Belt.
