Carla Panzitta is a Business Development Director in Glenmede’s Morristown office. She is responsible for cultivating relationships with endowments, foundations, tax-exempt entities and high-net-worth families. In addition, she fosters and maintains existing client relationships, enhancing the Company’s reputation as a specialized wealth manager.

Prior to joining Glenmede, Ms. Panzitta served as a Management Consultant in the Financial Services Group of Accenture. In this role, she worked primarily with global brokerage firms, banks, and credit card companies, solving large-scale, complex issues related to organizational changes, technology infrastructure and strategic initiatives. As a Senior Manager, she was active in the company’s college recruitment outreach and assisted in the development of a staff mentoring initiative.

Ms. Panzitta received her Bachelor of Arts degree in economics and English from Lafayette College.

Ms. Panzitta was a longtime Board Member of the Summit Area YMCA. She also served on the Investment Committee of St. Mary’s Abbey in Morristown, NJ. Additionally, she served in various roles in the parent associations for Delbarton School, Kent Place School as well as the Parents’ Leadership Committee at Villanova University. Ms. Panzitta is also a long-standing member of the Summit Junior League, where she serves on the Endowment Committee. Ms. Panzitta has been active with the Morristown Women’s Association and is also a member of Shanti, a philanthropy to support education for Nepalese children.
