David D. Legeay, CFA, Joins Glenmede Ohio

Philadelphia, PA, May 5, 2021 – Glenmede, a privately held and independently owned investment and wealth management firm, today announced the appointment of David D. Legeay, CFA, as Managing Director and Senior Portfolio Manager. He will be based in Glenmede’s Cleveland office, and he will report to Lawrence Hatch, Regional Director of Ohio. In his role, Mr. Legeay will provide tailored investment advice within a distinctive wealth planning framework to serve the needs of individuals, families, endowments and foundations.

With almost thirty years in the industry, Mr. Legeay joins Glenmede from Hawthorn, PNC Family Wealth, where he most recently served as Managing Director of the Ohio market overseeing regional growth and operations while providing high-touch relationship management and investment advisory service to clients. Prior to joining Hawthorn, Mr. Legeay held positions with KeyBank National Association.

Mr. Legeay received a Bachelor of Science Degree in economics from Vanderbilt University. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation, is Past Chair of the Newbridge Center for Arts and Technology Board, serves as Trustee and Finance Committee Chair for ideastream and was a member of the 2020 class in Leadership Cleveland.
