Collaborative Meetings

We believe both in-person and virtual meetings can spark out-of-the-box thinking. In that spirit, all participants are encouraged to share their thoughts, opinions and knowledge at any stage of a project’s lifecycle. Each year our CEO hosts interactive strategy sessions for all employees in an effort to share the firm’s strategy and to elicit input from all Glenmede employees.

Technology Focused

Our tech-enabled solutions for ongoing collaboration and agility allowed us to seamlessly transition to a 100% digital workplace in March 2020. We continue to evaluate advances in both client-facing technology and internal infrastructure to support ongoing business operations. While we value regular in-person collaboration, our technology provides employees with the flexibility to connect with teammates and clients from any location.
