Nina L. Cohen

Nina L. Cohen is Glenmede’s Director of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion and Director of Center for Family Philanthropy & Wealth Education. Ms. Cohen leads the firm’s strategies to foster an inclusive culture and equitable workplace and oversees the Philanthropic Advisory practice for Private Wealth clients. Ms. Cohen is a member of the firm’s Management Committee, a seven-member executive team responsible for the development and execution of the firm’s business strategy.

Prior to joining Glenmede, Ms. Cohen practiced law with a concentration in trust, estate and charitable gift planning; complex estate and trust administration; elder law; and estate planning for parents of children with developmental disabilities. She also served as the Executive Director of a local community foundation.

Ms. Cohen received her Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, from the University of Pennsylvania and her Bachelor of Social Work degree, summa cum laude, from Temple University. She received the Chartered Advisor in Philanthropy® designation from The American College of Financial Services, and holds the designation of 21/64 Certified Advisor.

Active in many community organizations, Ms. Cohen is a Board member of Exponent Philanthropy and Philanthropy Network of Greater Philadelphia. She also serves on the Leadership Council of Impact100 South Jersey, the Board of Advisors of Samost Jewish Family & Children’s Services, and the Investment Committee of the Raymond & Ruth Saltzman Foundation. Ms. Cohen is a member of the Forum of Executive Women.
