Melanie Fornes Is an Officer on the Sustainable & Impact investing team. She is responsible for supporting the development of thematic investment solutions within Glenmede’s sustainable and impact investing platform.

Prior to her current role, Melanie was a ESG Product Analyst for Income Research + Management, where she was responsible for designing new thematic fixed income strategies, managing client inquiries, and publishing ESG-related thought leadership and market commentary. Before that, she was an Associate at Arabesque Asset Management and a Climate Policy Fellow for CivicWell.

Ms. Fornes earned a Master of Science degree in Environmental Economics & Climate Change from the London School of Economics and Political Science. She also earned Bachelor of Arts degrees in Economics as well as in Environmental Studies from the University of California.

Melanie serves is a member for High Water Women, a group that supports efforts in financial literacy advocacy and impact investing programming and is an AmeriCorps alumnus.
