Dileimys Franco is a Wealth Planner in Glenmede’s Philadelphia office. In this role, she is responsible for providing comprehensive wealth planning advice to Glenmede clients and developing and monitoring wealth plans targeted to clients’ goals and objectives.

Prior to joining Glenmede, Ms. Franco served as an Individual Compliance Senior Tax Manager and Estate & Gift Tax Wealth Planner for over a decade at Susquehanna International Group, LLP (SIG). In this role, she was responsible for planning, implementing and administering all estate, trust planning, gift, and GST strategies for individual clients and their family members. In addition, Ms. Franco oversaw the staff preparers of individual and fiduciary compliance processes of the company’s owners and managed individual and pass-through tax issues. Before joining SIG, Ms. Franco served as a Senior Tax Associate in the Personal Financial Services group at PriceWaterhouseCoopers, LLP where she prepared and reviewed gift tax returns, individual and fiduciary federal and multi-state income tax returns and developed income tax projections.

Ms. Franco earned a Master of Science in Taxation from Philadelphia University, a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Temple University and a Certificate in Financial Planning from Boston University. She is an Internal Revenue Service Enrolled Agent.
