David Legeay, CFA, is a Portfolio Manager in Glenmede’s Cleveland office. In this role, he is responsible for providing investment advice, asset allocation and ongoing portfolio management for Glenmede clients. Mr. Legeay partners with advisory, tax and wealth planning colleagues to understand client goals, provide tailored guidance and ensure clients’ wealth management objectives are fulfilled.

Prior to joining Glenmede, Mr. Legeay served as Managing Director of the Ohio Market for Hawthorn, PNC Family Wealth. In this role, he oversaw the growth and operations of the market while providing high-touch relationship management and investment advisory service to clients. In addition, Mr. Legeay managed a multidisciplinary team of fiduciary advisors, investment experts and wealth strategists responsible for serving ultra-high-net-worth clients. Previously, Mr. Legeay served as a Senior Investment Advisor and Senior Vice President for Hawthorn, where he led a team of investment advisors and provided investment consulting and advice to clients. Prior to joining Hawthorn,Mr. Legeay worked for KeyBank National Association as Director of Investments, Regional Portfolio Manager and Senior Portfolio Manager.

Mr. Legeay received a Bachelor of Science degree in economics at Vanderbilt University and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation. Legeay is Past Chair of the Newbridge Center for Arts and Technology Mr. Board, serves as Trustee and Finance Committee Chair for ideastream and was a member of the 2020 class in Leadership Cleveland.
