Jacob M. Adamcik
Jacob M. Adamcik is a Quantitative Research Analyst in Glenmede Investment Management LP (GIM). In this role, he is responsible for developing and optimizing stock selection models, quantitative analysis, and creating tools for analysts and portfolio managers.
Mr. Adamcik was a Drexel co-op at Glenmede during the summers of 2013 and 2014. He developed and optimized a global stock-selection model, performed re-optimizations on internal models which dictate the investment of GIM’s domestic quantitative mutual funds, and created process improvements for various areas of the company. Prior to his return to Glenmede, he completed his third co-op at Susquehanna International Group, Inc. in their Private Placements group.
Mr. Adamcik graduated from Drexel University with a B.S. in Economics, with a concentration in Mathematical Economics. As a research assistant at Drexel, he contributed to several working and forthcoming papers covering a range of topics in behavioral economics.
Away from the office, Jacob is an avid trumpet player, and he performs with several groups in the Philadelphia and Allentown region.
