Lee Miller - Managing Director, Director of the New York Region
Lee Miller is a Managing Director and Relationship Manager - Wealth Advisory in Glenmede’s New York office. She has served as an advisor to high-net-worth families for over 25 years, and specializes in trust administration, estate planning, and financial and philanthropic education for younger generations.
Prior to joining Glenmede, Ms. Miller was a member of the Management Team of Threshold Group, a multi-family office. Before then, from 1987 until 2005, she was a Managing Director and Senior Fiduciary Officer for U.S. Trust’s Wealth Management Group in New York.
Ms. Miller is an attorney and Certified Trust and Financial Advisor. She has written and lectured on fiduciary and wealth management topics and teaches a Trust Administration course for the American Law Institute-American Bar Association.
Ms. Miller is a docent at the Metropolitan Museum of Art and serves on the Museum’s Capital Campaign Committee and Professional Advisory Council. In addition, she is on the Dean’s Advisory Committee at Emory University School of Law, where she received her law degree. Lee graduated from the University of Pennsylvania, cum laude, with a degree in American History. In 2009, Ms. Miller was sworn in at the US Supreme Court.

Jonathan L. Stanley, CFA - Managing Director, Relationship Manager, Portfolio Management
Jonathan L. Stanley is senior Portfolio Manager in Glenmede’s New York City office. With more than two decades of investment management expertise, he provides investment counsel and portfolio management to a diverse clientele of high-net-worth and ultra high-net-worth investors.
Mr. Stanley joined Glenmede in 2011 from U.S. Trust Company where, as a senior Portfolio Manager, he oversaw more than $1.5 billion of assets under management. Prior to this position, he was a senior Portfolio Manager at Deutsche Bank Capital Corporation, and earlier held portfolio management and research positions at Brundage Story & Rose and Brown Brothers Harriman, respectively.
Mr. Stanley received an M.B.A. from Columbia University Graduate School of Business, and a B.A. from Trinity College. A resident of Mount Kisco, NY, Mr. Stanley holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation and serves as Treasurer of Friends of John Jay Homestead.

Steven J. Brandfield - Managing Director, Business Development Manager
Steven J. Brandfield is a Managing Director and Business Development Manager in Glenmede’s New York office with more than two decades of high-net-worth investment and wealth management expertise.
Prior to joining Glenmede, he spent ten years with Bessemer Trust Company where he served as a Principal. Previously, Mr. Brandfield was a Director and Relationship Manager with the Private Bank of UBS. Glenn N. Switzer - Managing Director, Relationship Manager, Portfolio Management
Glenn N. Switzer, a Managing Director and Relationship Manager - Portfolio Management in Glenmede’s New York office. With over four decades of investment and wealth management expertise, Mr. Switzer serves as a primary contact as the Company further develops its presence in the Metropolitan region.
Prior to joining Glenmede, Mr. Switzer was a Managing Director and Senior Portfolio Manager with U.S. Trust/Bank of America Private Wealth Management. In this role, he led a team of 16 investment professionals while maintaining management responsibility for client assets in excess of $1 billion. Previously, he was a Senior Portfolio Manager in J&W Seligman’s private client division, which was subsequently purchased by U.S. Trust. Before then, Mr. Switzer was a Managing Director and Portfolio Manager with Concord Capital/Train Smith where he serviced an international client base. In 1972, Mr. Switzer joined Deutsche Bank Capital as an international securities analyst.
A resident of Chappaqua, New York, Mr. Switzer earned his B.A. degree from Johns Hopkins University.

Howard E.N. (Chip) Wilson - Executive Director of Relationship Management
Howard E.N. (Chip) Wilson is Executive Director of Relationship Management. Across Glenmede’s six locations, Mr. Wilson leads the Firm’s Portfolio Management and Trust Administration professionals, and oversees business development opportunities.
Mr. Wilson joined Glenmede in August of 2004, following an eighteen-year career with U.S. Trust. In his most recent position with U.S. Trust, he served as the Managing Director of the New York Wealth Management Group. In this role, Mr. Wilson supervised more than a hundred professionals whom, in this time, managed over $20 billion of assets. Prior, Mr. Wilson was President and Chief Executive Officer of the Mid-Atlantic Region, headquartered in Philadelphia. Before then, he had been President of the Florida Region.
Mr. Wilson earned a B.A. in Business from the University of Maryland and an M.B.A. in Finance from Loyola University Maryland. He serves on the board of the Philadelphia Mural Arts Advocates and is active in leadership giving with the United Way of Southeastern Pennsylvania.

Richard W. Gale, CFA - Vice President, Portfolio Manager
Richard W. Gale is a Vice President and Portfolio Manager in Glenmede’s New York office. In this role, Mr. Gale provides investment advice and manages the portfolios of the Company’s high-net-worth clientele.
Prior to joining the New York office, Mr. Gale was an Investment Officer, Portfolio Manager and Bond Trader in Glenmede’s corporate headquarters. In this role, he was a member of the team responsible for the management of the fixed income assets selected for investment in client portfolios. During this time, he also specialized in managing the short-term municipal trading strategy.
Mr. Gale began in the firm’s summer intern program and upon college graduation in 2004, joined Glenmede’s fixed -income department.
Mr. Gale received a B.S. in Economics from The Pennsylvania State University and is a member of the New York Society of Security Analysts and the CFA Institute. He earned his Chartered Financial Analyst designation in 2010.
Lea Emery, Vice President, Business Development Director
Lea Emery is a Business Development Director in Glenmede's New York office. She has over 25 years of experience in the management of nonprofit institutions and private wealth management. Her life and work have evolved to support an expertise in individual and institutional investment and philanthropic strategy and management with a particular interest in fine art and family office concerns.
Prior to joining Glenmede, Ms. Emery was SVP & Deputy International Commercial Director at Christie's, the world's largest art business. Before then, she was Managing Director of the Charitable Services Group in US Bank's Private Client Group having been a portfolio manager and equity analyst for the Bank before returning to graduate school. Ms. Emery has also led the Neuberger Museum of Art and Taft Museum of Art as their deputy director for administration, operations and external affairs managing all aspects of a major capital campaign for the latter.
After spending 15 years in Cincinnati, Ms. Emery returned with her family to Pelham Manor, NY in 2006. She earned her B.A. from Mount Holyoke College in 1988 and a M.A. in Arts Administration and a M.B.A. from the University of Cincinnati in 1998. She has extensive volunteer experience as a board member and fundraiser.
