  • Frank I. Harding, III - Managing Director, Director of the Ohio Office

    Frank I. Harding, III, is a Managing Director and Director of Glenmede’s Ohio office. Mr. Harding oversees wealth advisory services for high net worth individuals and manages the day-to-day operations of the Ohio office.

    Prior to joining Glenmede, Mr. Harding was a principal at Chess Financial Corp, a financial planning firm located in Cleveland. Before that, he headed the trust and investment business at Key Corp. Mr. Harding has over thirty-five years experience in the trust industry, beginning his career at The Cleveland Trust Company in 1969.

    Mr. Harding received a B.A. in Philosophy from the University of Michigan and a J.D. from Case Western Reserve University and he is a member of the Cleveland and Ohio Bar Associations. In addition, Mr. Harding serves as a Trustee for Hiram College, the Hanna Perkins Center and the University School.

  • Linda M. Olejko, CFP - Managing Director, Business Development Manager

    Linda M. Olejko is a Certified Financial Planner and a Vice President and Business Development Manager in the Greater Cleveland office of Glenmede. In this role, Ms. Olejko is responsible for fostering and maintaining client relationships with ultra high-net-worth individuals, family office clientele, foundations and endowments.
     
    With 30 years of experience in the financial services industry, Ms. Olejko has extensive training guiding clients through life events such as retirement, business succession, and inheritance. Prior to joining Glenmede, she held business development positions in Wealth Management at both KeyCorp and Bank One Investment Advisors. In addition, she was a Division Vice President for American Express Financial Advisors of Cleveland.

    Ms. Olejko earned the Certified Financial Planner™ designation in 1986 and her B.S.M. degree from Indiana Wesleyan in 1989.

    She and her husband reside in Gates Mills and are very active with several charitable and professional organizations.  Linda is on the board of trustees of the Catholic Diocese Foundation, Apollo’s Fire and Gates Mills Land Conservancy.  She serves on the Advisory Council of the Jewish Federation of Cleveland, Planned Giving Council of Case Western Reserve University and the Diamond Advisory of University Hospital.  Ms. Olejko is also an Advisory Board member of The Entrepreneur’s EDGE, Inc., a group committed to helping NE Ohio companies grow and add value through education, innovation, and relationship building. She is also a member of The Association for Corporate Growth and is a former President of the Estate Planning Council of Cleveland.

Morristown

  • Carla E. Panzitta - Vice President, Business Development Manager

    Carla Panzitta is a Business Development Manager in Glenmede’s Morristown office. She will develop new relationships with high net worth individuals, families, endowments and foundations in New Jersey.   

    Prior to joining Glenmede in 2011, Ms. Panzitta spent ten years as a management consultant in the Financial Services Group of Accenture. During this time, she worked primarily with global brokerage firms, banks, and credit card companies, solving large-scale, complex issues related to organizational changes, technology infrastructure and strategic initiatives. As a senior manager, she was active in the company’s college recruitment outreach and assisted in the development of a staff mentoring initiative.

    Ms. Panzitta earned a B.A. in Economics and English from Lafayette College in 1984.

    She was a longtime Board Member of the Summit Area YMCA and has served in various roles in the parent associations for Delbarton and Kent Place Schools.  She is also a long standing member of the Summit Junior League. Ms. Panzitta and her family reside in Summit, New  Jersey.

  • Joseph M. Gazdalski - Vice President, Business Development Manager

    Joseph M. Gazdalski is a Vice President and Business Development Manager in the Morristown, New Jersey office of Glenmede. In this position, Mr. Gazdalski is responsible for the development of new high net worth business in the northern New Jersey area and fostering and maintaining client relationships to enhance the Company's reputation as a specialized wealth advisory firm.

    In a career spanning over 30 years, Mr. Gazdalski has held various positions of increasing responsibility with several financial institutions and insurance companies in the northern New Jersey area, including head of marketing and business development for First Fidelity in NJ (now Wachovia). He held a similar position at Metlife Trust Company, a division of MetLife. At Chase Manhattan, he worked with high net worth individuals through the private banking division. Throughout his career, Mr. Gazdalski has focused on trust and investment services for high net worth individuals, foundations, and endowments.

    Mr. Gazdalski received a B.A. in business and economics from Upsala College. He is a graduate of the American Bankers National Trust School and has served as an instructor for several courses sponsored by the American Bankers Association.

    A resident of Boonton Township, New Jersey, Mr. Gazdalski has served on the Board of the Morristown Red Cross and the Allocations Committee of the Essex Chapter of the United Way. He currently serves on the development committee of the New Jersey Foundation for the Blind, and the PG Chambers School.

  • Adam G. Psichos - Managing Director, Director of New Jersey Region

    Adam G. Psichos is Regional Director of Glenmede’s New Jersey offices in Morristown and Princeton. In addition, he provides investment management and wealth advisory solutions for large families, individuals, endowments and foundations.

    Prior to joining Glenmede, Mr. Psichos was a Principal, Team leader and Senior Client Account Manager at Bessemer Trust Company in New York. Prior to Bessemer, he was a Senior Portfolio Manager at Brundage, Story & Rose, LLC. He brings twenty four years of experience to his role at Glenmede, having also worked at NatWest, Coutts & Co. and Merrill Lynch Asset Management.

    Mr. Psichos earned an M.A. in Liberal Studies, with an emphasis in Economics, from New York University and a B.A. in English Literature from Franklin & Marshall College. He is a graduate of the Canon Trust School I.

    Mr. Psichos is a Trustee of SAGE Eldercare in Summit, He and his wife serve as active participants in several community and charitable organizations including New Eyes for The Needy, and The Student/Partner Alliance. They reside in Summit, NJ.

  • Jonathan L. Stanley, CFA - Managing Director, Relationship Manager, Portfolio Management

    Jonathan L. Stanley is senior Portfolio Manager in Glenmede’s New York City office. With more than two decades of investment management expertise, he provides investment counsel and portfolio management to a diverse clientele of high-net-worth and ultra high-net-worth investors.

    Mr. Stanley joined Glenmede in 2011 from U.S. Trust Company where, as a senior Portfolio Manager, he oversaw more than $1.5 billion of assets under management. Prior to this position, he was a senior Portfolio Manager at Deutsche Bank Capital Corporation, and earlier held portfolio management and research positions at Brundage Story & Rose and Brown Brothers Harriman, respectively.   

    Mr. Stanley received an M.B.A. from Columbia University Graduate School of Business, and a B.A. from Trinity College. A resident of Mount Kisco, NY, Mr. Stanley holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation and serves as Treasurer of Friends of John Jay Homestead.

    Steven J. Brandfield is a Managing Director and Business Development Manager in Glenmede’s New York office with more than two decades of high-net-worth investment and wealth management expertise.

  • Lee Miller - Managing Director, Relationship Manager, Wealth Advisory

    Lee Miller is a Managing Director and Relationship Manager - Wealth Advisory in Glenmede’s New York office. She has served as an advisor to high-net-worth families for over 25 years, and specializes in trust administration, estate planning, and financial and philanthropic education for younger generations.

    Prior to joining Glenmede, Ms. Miller was a member of the Management Team of Threshold Group, a multi-family office. Before then, from 1987 until 2005, she was a Managing Director and Senior Fiduciary Officer for U.S. Trust’s Wealth Management Group in New York.

    Ms. Miller is an attorney and Certified Trust and Financial Advisor. She has written and lectured on fiduciary and wealth management topics and teaches a Trust Administration course for the American Law Institute-American Bar Association.

    Ms. Miller is a docent at the Metropolitan Museum of Art and serves on the Museum’s Capital Campaign Committee and Professional Advisory Council. In addition, she is on the Dean’s Advisory Committee at Emory University School of Law, where she received her law degree. Lee graduated from the University of Pennsylvania, cum laude, with a degree in American History.   In 2009, Ms. Miller was sworn in at the US Supreme Court.

  • Glenn N. Switzer - Managing Director, Relationship Manager, Portfolio Management

    Glenn N. Switzer, a Managing Director and Relationship Manager - Portfolio Management in Glenmede’s New York office. With over four decades of investment and wealth management expertise, Mr. Switzer serves as a primary contact as the Company further develops its presence in the Metropolitan region.

    Prior to joining Glenmede, Mr. Switzer was a Managing Director and Senior Portfolio Manager with U.S. Trust/Bank of America Private Wealth Management. In this role, he led a team of 16 investment professionals while maintaining management responsibility for client assets in excess of $1 billion. Previously, he was a Senior Portfolio Manager in J&W Seligman’s private client division, which was subsequently purchased by U.S. Trust. Before then, Mr. Switzer was a Managing Director and Portfolio Manager with Concord Capital/Train Smith where he serviced an international client base.  In 1972, Mr. Switzer joined Deutsche Bank Capital as an international securities analyst.

  • Howard E.N. (Chip) Wilson - Executive Director of Relationship Management

    Howard E.N. (Chip) Wilson is Executive Director of Relationship Management.  Across Glenmede’s six locations, Mr. Wilson leads the Firm’s Portfolio Management and Trust Administration professionals, and oversees business development opportunities.

    Mr. Wilson joined Glenmede in August of 2004, following an eighteen-year career with U.S. Trust. In his most recent position with U.S. Trust, he served as the Managing Director of the New York Wealth Management Group. In this role, Mr. Wilson supervised more than a hundred professionals whom, in this time, managed over $20 billion of assets. Prior, Mr. Wilson was President and Chief Executive Officer of the Mid-Atlantic Region, headquartered in Philadelphia. Before then, he had been President of the Florida Region.

    Mr. Wilson earned a B.A. in business from the University of Maryland and an M.B.A. in finance from Loyola College. He serves on the board of the Philadelphia Mural Arts Advocates and is active in leadership giving with the United Way of Southeastern Pennsylvania.

  • Philip Wachs - Vice President, Business Development Manager

    Philip Wachs is a Vice President and Business Development Manager for Glenmede. He is responsible for the development of new high net worth business with individuals and families from Glenmede’s Philadelphia office. In addition, he fosters and maintains existing client relationships enhancing the Company’s reputation as a specialized wealth manager.

    Prior to joining Glenmede, Mr. Wachs served as Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board at Charming Shoppes. He also headed his own consulting business, which specialized in strategic development and financial planning for multinational publicly and privately traded corporations.

    He has served as Chairman and President of the Perelman Jewish Day School for the past three years, and he is a member of the board of Princeton University’s Program in Jewish Studies, Shalom Hartman Institute in Jerusalem, and Schecter Institute in Jerusalem.

    A graduate of Princeton University, Mr. Wachs and his family reside in Bala Cynwyd, Pennsylvania.

  • A. Hobart Porter, CFP - Vice President, Business Development Manager

    A. Hobart (Hobie) Porter, CFP®, is a Vice President and Business Development Manager for Glenmede. He is responsible for the development of new high net worth business with individuals, families, endowments, and foundations from Glenmede's Philadelphia office. In addition, he fosters and maintains existing client relationships enhancing the Company's reputation as a specialized wealth manager.
     
    Prior to joining Glenmede, Mr. Porter served for fourteen years as Director of Institutional Advancement at The Haverford School where he planned and executed the School's Capital Campaign that raised over $30 million. He directed a staff of ten development professionals, overseeing all aspects of the School's fundraising activities. Before that, he was a managing director at PNC Merchant Bank, supervising the Bank's eastern regional corporate finance subsidiary. Mr. Porter began his professional career at J. P. Morgan, eventually rising to the position of vice president of corporate finance.

    Mr. Porter received an M.B.A. from The Wharton School of The University of Pennsylvania and a B.A. from Trinity College. In 2007, Mr. Porter, earned the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ designation. While at The Haverford School, he served as a board executive committee member of the Association of Delaware Valley Independent Schools, a consortium of 130 private schools in Pennsylvania, Delaware and New Jersey. He served as vice president and executive committee member of the Merion Cricket Club from 2004 to 2009.  Currently, he serves on the Gift Planning Advisory Group (GPAG) for the Philadelphia Zoo. He and his family reside in Rosemont, Pennsylvania.

  • Karl S. Murray - Vice President, Business Development Manager

    Karl S. Murray, ChFC, CLU is a Vice President and Business Development Manager for Glenmede. He is responsible for the development of new high net worth business with individuals, families, endowments, and foundations from Glenmede’s Philadelphia office. In addition, he fosters and maintains existing client relationships enhancing the Company’s reputation as a specialized wealth manager.

    Prior to joining Glenmede, Mr. Murray was vice president of wealth management sales for Pitcairn Trust Company, where he helped affluent families develop appropriate asset allocation strategies to meet their income needs. In addition, he helped them clarify their philanthropic goals and designed educational sessions for the firm’s clients. Prior to that, he served in similar capacities with Morgan Stanley and Prudential Securities.

    Mr. Murray received an M.B.A. from Drexel University and graduated cum laude from Villanova University, earning a B.S. in accounting. He has earned the Chartered Financial Consultant and Chartered Life Underwriter designations and holds Series 7, 9, 10 and 65 licenses from the National Association of Securities Dealers (NASD).

    A member of the Philadelphia Estate Planning Council and former Vice President and Director of the alumni association of the William Penn Charter School, Mr. Murray and his family live in Rydal, Pennsylvania.

  • Huldah Anderson Robertson, CFP - Vice President, Business Development Manager

    Huldah Anderson Robertson, CFP, is a Business Development Manager for Glenmede. She is responsible for client development of endowments, foundations, tax-exempt entities and high-net-worth families. In addition, she fosters and maintains existing client relationships, enhancing the Company’s reputation as a specialized wealth manager.

    Prior to working in the Business Development group, Ms. Robertson was a Senior Investment Officer in the open architecture Manager Research team at Glenmede.

    Ms. Robertson joined Glenmede in 1998. She has a Masters in Government Administration, with a concentration in Personal Financial Planning from both investment and legal perspectives, and a B.A. in Economics and English, both from the University of Pennsylvania. She earned the Certified Financial Planner™ certification in 2012.

    Ms. Robertson serves on the Board of Directors of the Philadelphia Estate Planning Council where she is also the Co-chair of the Social Committee. In addition, she is a member of the Estate Planning Councils of the Lehigh Valley, Montgomery County, and Southern New Jersey.

    Ms. Robertson serves on the American Heart Association's "Go Red for Women" Corporate Committee. She is the Vice President of the University of Pennsylvania College Alumni Society. She also serves on the Philadelphia Orchestra Planned Giving Advisory Committee.

  • Stanley Broadbent - Managing Director, Director of Business Development

    Stan Broadbent is a Managing Director and Director of Business Development for Glenmede. He is responsible for directing the new business development activities of the Company.

    Prior to joining Glenmede in 1991, Mr. Broadbent was vice president in the Trust Department of CoreStates/New Jersey National Bank, where his responsibilities included the sale of personal and employee benefit trust services. In a career that has spanned more than 30 years, Mr. Broadbent has provided financial, estate and investment planning services to affluent individuals, professionals and executives.

    A1970 graduate of Temple University, Mr. Broadbent is a member of the Philadelphia, Bucks and Mercer County Estate Planning Councils and the Estate and Financial Planning Council of Southern New Jersey.

  • Michael S. Schiff, TEP - Vice President, Business Development Manager

    Michael S. Schiff, TEP, is a Business Development Manager in Glenmede’s Princeton office. With more than 20 years of investment and legal expertise, he is responsible for development of new and continuing relationships with high-net-worth individuals and families, and endowment, foundation and tax-exempt entities.

    Prior to joining Glenmede, Mr. Schiff served as Sales Director of Amicorp Services Ltd., where he was responsible for expanding market share for the U.S. trust business. Previously, Mr. Schiff held Senior Relationship Management and Business Development roles for major global and regional wealth management firms. Prior to his career in financial services, he spent eight years practicing law with major New York City and Philadelphia law firms where he focused on trust and estate planning.

    Mr. Schiff received a J.D. from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law and a B.A. in History and Business from State University of New York at Albany. He has earned the Chartered Wealth Advisor designation and holds Series 7, 63 and 65 licenses from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA).

    Mr. Schiff presently serves in several professional associations and in volunteer capacities with several  community and educational organizations. He is on the Board of Directors for the Philadelphia Estate Planning Council and is Chairman of its Ethics Committee. He recently served on the Board for the Anti-Defamation League and on the Board of Trustees for the Jewish Family and Children’s Services of Southern New Jersey and remains actively involved in the Hugh O’Brien Youth Leadership Scholarship Program.

  • Robert P. Kiep, III - Managing Director, Director of Princeton Office

    Robert P. Kiep, III, is Managing Director of Glenmede’s Princeton office. Partnering with the investment management, wealth advisory and business development professionals, he has oversight for the delivery of services to high net worth individuals and families, and taxable and tax-exempt organizations.

    Before joining the Princeton office in 2012, Mr. Kiep was a Senior Portfolio and Relationship Manager in the company’s Philadelphia office. He continues to serve clients in this role, providing investment advice and portfolio management.

    Before joining Glenmede in 1999, Mr. Kiep was a vice president and senior portfolio manager at Walnut Asset Management, and a financial consultant at Wheat First Butcher Singer.

    A resident of Haddonfield, New Jersey, Mr. Kiep earned his B.A. degree from Emory University. He is a member of the CFA Institute (formerly AIMR, the Association for Investment Management and Research). He is also a member of the Board of Directors of Plastic Suppliers, Inc (Columbus, OH) and serves as the Chairman of the Board for The Coriell Institute for Medical Research (Camden, NJ).

  • Matthew C. Beardwood - Vice President, Business Development Manager

    Matthew C. Beardwood, AIF, is a Business Development Manager in Glenmede’s Wilmington Office. With more than 15 years of financial service and investment industry expertise, he is responsible for development of new and continuing relationships with endowment, foundation and tax-exempt entities, and high net worth individuals and families.
     
    Prior to joining Glenmede, Mr. Beardwood served as Senior Vice President and Managing Director of Sales with Valley Forge Asset Management, a division of Susquehanna Wealth Management. In this role, he oversaw the training and development of sales personnel in areas such as fiduciary and ERISA plan services and was responsible for the strategic planning and marketing functions for the Wealth Management Division.  
     
    Mr. Beardwood holds a Political Science degree from Hobart College and has earned Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Series 7, 9, 10, 63 and 65 licenses as well as life insurance and variable annuity licenses. Further, he has received the Center for Fiduciary Studies Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF) designation and the Cannon Trust School’s Certified Trust and Financial Advisor (CTFA) accreditation.
     
    He is an active member of the Wilmington community, serving as Director of the Rotary Club of Wilmington, Delaware Futures, Friends of the Brandywine State Creek Park, Preservation Delaware and the Blood Bank of Delmarva’s Lifesaver Program.  Matt is also a member of the Delaware Estate Planning Council and the Wilmington Tax Group.   • Geoffrey M. Rogers - Managing Director, Director of the Wilmington Office

    Geoffrey M. Rogers is a Managing Director and Director of the Wilmington office. He oversees the day-to-day operations of the Company’s Delaware office, which he launched in June 1999.

    Mr. Rogers brings more than twenty-five years of estate planning and financial services experience to this position. Prior to joining Glenmede, Mr. Rogers was a vice president for Scudder Private Investment Counsel, responsible for new business development. He has also served as a vice president with the Wilmington Trust Company and Delaware Trust Company (now Wells Fargo).

    Mr. Rogers is an active member of several professional and community organizations. He serves as Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Delaware Bankers Association, and is a member of Christiana Care, Washington College, Winterthur Museum, Operation Warm, and the Delaware Business Roundtable. He is Past President of the Board of Trustees of Sanford School, The Estate Planning Council of Delaware and Past Chairman of Wilmington Renaissance and the Wilmington Tax Group. Previously Mr. Rogers was a board member of the Delaware Symphony, National Association of Estate Planners and Councils, and the World Affairs Council of Wilmington.

    Mr. Rogers received his B.A. from Washington College and is a graduate of Harvard Business School's Advanced Management Program. Geoff and his family reside in Greenville, Delaware.
