Frank I. Harding, III - First Vice President and Managing Director, Ohio Office

Frank I. Harding, III, is first vice president and managing director of Glenmede’s Ohio office. Mr. Harding oversees wealth advisory services for high net worth individuals and manages the day-to-day operations of the Ohio office.
Prior to joining Glenmede, Mr. Harding was a principal at Chess Financial Corp, a financial planning firm located in Cleveland. Before that, he headed the trust and investment business at Key Corp. Mr. Harding has over thirty-five years experience in the trust industry, beginning his career at The Cleveland Trust Company in 1969.
Mr. Harding received a B.A. in Philosophy from the University of Michigan and a J.D. from Case Western Reserve University and he is a member of the Cleveland and Ohio Bar Associations. In addition, Mr. Harding serves as a Trustee for Hiram College, the Hanna Perkins Center and the University School. -
Linda M. Olejko, CFP - Vice President and New Business Development Manager

Linda M. Olejko, CFP®, is vice president and new business development manager in the Greater Cleveland office of Glenmede. In this position, Ms. Olejko is responsible for the development of new high net worth business in the Cleveland area and fostering and maintaining client relationships to enhance the Company’s reputation as a specialized wealth advisory firm.
With over 20 years in the financial services industry, Ms. Olejko has extensive experience working with high net worth clients and advisors. Prior to joining Glenmede, she held business development positions at the Wealth Management divisions of KeyCorp and Bank One Investment Advisors. In addition, she was a Division Vice President for American Express Financial Advisors in Cleveland.
Ms. Olejko is certified in Succession Assurance, a professional service that improves the qua lity of information and its context for planning and monitoring the succession of family business management, governance, and wealth within a framework of culture and value. In 1986, she earned the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ designation with a certification from the College of Financial Planning in Denver. Ms. Olejko attended Robert Morris College and received her B.S.M. from Indiana Wesleyan.
Ms. Olejko serves on the Hopewell Board and the executive board for the International Piano Competition. She is very active in Gates Mills, Ohio, where she and her family reside, serving as President of the Gates Mills Land Conservancy. She serves on the Advisory Council of The Jewish Federation of Cleveland, the Planned Giving Council of Case Western Reserve University, and the Diamond Advisory of University Hospital. She is currently the Secretary of the Akron Estate and Tax Planning Council and is Past President (2000-2001) of the Estate Planning Council of Cleveland.

Adam G. Psichos - First Vice President, Portfolio Manager and Managing Director

Adam G. Psichos is first vice president, portfolio manager and managing director of Glenmede’s Morristown office. He provides investment counsel and wealth advisory services for the Company's affluent individual and institutional clients.
Prior to joining Glenmede, Mr. Psichos was a principal, team leader and senior client account manager at Bessemer Trust Company in New York. While there, he advised high net worth and institutional clients on investment, estate, retirement, philanthropic, business planning, and tax-related matters. Prior to Bessemer, he was a senior portfolio manager at Brundage, Story & Rose, LLC, which Bessemer acquired. He brings twenty years of experience to his role at Glenmede, having also worked at NatWest, Coutts & Co. and Merrill Lynch Asset Management.
Mr. Psichos earned an M.A. in Liberal Studies, with an emphasis in Economics, from New York University and a B.A. in English Literature from Franklin & Marshall College. He is a graduate of the Canon Trust School I.
Mr. Psichos and his wife serve as active participants in several community and charitable organizations including the Summit Educational Foundation, the Student/Partner Alliance, New Eyes for the Needy, and the Summit YMCA. He and his family reside in Summit, New Jersey. -
Joseph M. Gazdalski - Vice President and New Business Development Manager

Joseph M. Gazdalski is vice president and new business development manager in the Morristown, New Jersey office of Glenmede. In this position, Mr. Gazdalski is responsible for the development of new high net worth business in the northern New Jersey area and fostering and maintaining client relationships to enhance the Company's reputation as a specialized wealth advisory firm.
In a career spanning over 30 years, Mr. Gazdalski has held various positions of increasing responsibility with several financial institutions and insurance companies in the northern New Jersey area, including head of marketing and business development for First Fidelity in NJ (now Wachovia). He held a similar position at Metlife Trust Company, a division of MetLife. At Chase Manhattan, he worked with high net worth individuals through the private banking division. Throughout his career, Mr. Gazdalski has focused on trust and investment services for high net worth individuals, foundations, and endowments.
Mr. Gazdalski received a B.A. in business and economics from Upsala College. He is a graduate of the American Bankers National Trust School and has served as an instructor for several courses sponsored by the American Bankers Association.
A resident of Boonton Township, New Jersey, Mr. Gazdalski has served on the Board of the Morristown Red Cross and the Allocations Committee of the Essex Chapter of the United Way. He currently serves on the development committee of the New Jersey Foundation for the Blind, and the PG Chambers School

Howard E.N. (Chip) Wilson - Executive Vice President

Howard E.N. (Chip) Wilson is Executive Vice President and Director of Client Services. Across Glenmede’s six locations, Mr. Wilson leads the Firm’s Portfolio Management and Trust Administration professionals, and oversees business development opportunities.
Mr. Wilson joined Glenmede in August of 2004, following an eighteen-year career with U.S. Trust. In his most recent position with U.S. Trust, he served as the Managing Director of the New York Wealth Management Group. In this role, Mr. Wilson supervised more than a hundred professionals whom, in this time, managed over $20 billion of assets. Prior, Mr. Wilson was President and Chief Executive Officer of the Mid-Atlantic Region, headquartered in Philadelphia. Before then, he had been President of the Florida Region.
Mr. Wilson earned a B.A. in business from the University of Maryland and an M.B.A. in finance from Loyola College. He serves on the board of the Philadelphia Mural Arts Advocates and is active in leadership giving with the United Way of Southeastern Pennsylvania.

Glenn N. Switzer - First Vice President, Relationship Manager and Portfolio Manager

Glenn N. Switzer, a First Vice President, is a Relationship and Portfolio Manager in Glenmede’s New York office. With over four decades of investment and wealth management expertise, Mr. Switzer serves as a primary contact as the Company further develops its presence in the Metropolitan region.
Prior to joining Glenmede, Mr. Switzer was a Managing Director and Senior Portfolio Manager with U.S. Trust/Bank of America Private Wealth Management. In this role, he led a team of 16 investment professionals while maintaining management responsibility for client assets in excess of $1 billion. Previously, he was a Senior Portfolio Manager in J&W Seligman’s private client division, which was subsequently purchased by U.S. Trust. Before then, Mr. Switzer was a Managing Director and Portfolio Manager with Concord Capital/Train Smith where he serviced an international client base. In 1972, Mr. Switzer joined Deutsche Bank Capital as an international securities analyst.
A resident of Chappaqua, New York, Mr. Switzer earned his B.A. degree from Johns Hopkins University.

Lee Miller - First Vice President, Relationship Manager

Lee Miller is a First Vice President and Relationship Manager in Glenmede’s New York office. She has served as an advisor to high-net-worth families for over 25 years, and specializes in trust administration, estate planning, and financial and philanthropic education for younger generations.
Prior to joining Glenmede, Ms. Miller was a member of the Management Team of Threshold Group, a multi-family office. Before then, from 1987 until 2005, she was a Managing Director and Senior Fiduciary Officer for U.S. Trust’s Wealth Management Group in New York.
Ms. Miller is an attorney and Certified Trust and Financial Advisor. She has written and lectured on fiduciary and wealth management topics and teaches a Trust Administration course for the American Law Institute-American Bar Association.
Ms. Miller is a docent at the Metropolitan Museum of Art and serves on the Museum’s Capital Campaign Committee and Professional Advisory Council. In addition, she is on the Dean’s Advisory Committee at Emory University School of Law, where she received her law degree. Lee graduated from the University of Pennsylvania, cum laude, with a degree in American History. In 2009, Ms. Miller was sworn in at the US Supreme Court.

Stanley Broadbent - Senior Vice President and Director of Sales

Stan Broadbent is senior vice president and director of sales for Glenmede. He is responsible for directing the new business development activities of the Company.
Prior to joining Glenmede in 1991, Mr. Broadbent was vice president in the Trust Department of CoreStates/New Jersey National Bank, where his responsibilities included the sale of personal and employee benefit trust services. In a career that has spanned more than 30 years, Mr. Broadbent has provided financial, estate and investment planning services to affluent individuals, professionals and executives.
A1970 graduate of Temple University, Mr. Broadbent is a member of the Philadelphia, Bucks and Mercer County Estate Planning Councils and the Estate and Financial Planning Council of Southern New Jersey. -
Huldah Anderson Robertson - Vice President, Business Development

Huldah Anderson Robertson is a a vice president and manager of business development for Glenmede. She is responsible for the development of new high net worth business from Glenmede’s Philadelphia office. In addition, she fosters and maintains existing client relationships, enhancing the Company’s reputation as a specialized wealth manager.
Prior to working in the Business Development group, Ms. Robertson was a Senior Investment Officer in the Manager Alliances Program at Glenmede, a manager-of-managers’ initiative that integrates external managers and diversifying strategies into Glenmede client portfolios.
Ms. Robertson joined Glenmede in 1998. She has a Masters in Government Administration, with a concentration in personal financial planning from both investment and legal perspectives, and a B.A. in Economics and English, both from the University of Pennsylvania.
Ms. Robertson serves on the Board of Directors of the Philadelphia Estate Planning Council where she is also the Co-chair of the Social Committee and the Women's Committee and is a member of the Member Services and Young Professionals Committees. In addition, she is a member of the Estate Planning Council of the Lehigh Valley, Montgomery County, and Southern New Jersey.
Ms. Robertson serves on the American Heart Association's "Go Red for Women" Corporate Committee. She is the Vice President of the University of Pennsylvania College Alumni Society. She also serves on the Philadelphia Orchestra Planned Giving Advisory Committee. -
Karl S. Murray - Vice President, Business Development

Karl S. Murray, ChFC, CLU is a vice president and manager of business development for Glenmede. He is responsible for the development of new high net worth business with individuals, families, endowments, and foundations from Glenmede’s Philadelphia office. In addition, he fosters and maintains existing client relationships enhancing the Company’s reputation as a specialized wealth manager.
Prior to joining Glenmede, Mr. Murray was vice president of wealth management sales for Pitcairn Trust Company, where he helped affluent families develop appropriate asset allocation strategies to meet their income needs. In addition, he helped them clarify their philanthropic goals and designed educational sessions for the firm’s clients. Prior to that, he served in similar capacities with Morgan Stanley and Prudential Securities.
Mr. Murray received an M.B.A. from Drexel University and graduated cum laude from Villanova University, earning a B.S. in accounting. He has earned the Chartered Financial Consultant and Chartered Life Underwriter designations and holds Series 7, 9, 10 and 65 licenses from the National Association of Securities Dealers (NASD).
A member of the Philadelphia Estate Planning Council and former Vice President and Director of the alumni association of the William Penn Charter School, Mr. Murray and his family live in Rydal, Pennsylvania. -
A. Hobart Porter, CFP - Vice President, Business Development

A. Hobart (Hobie) Porter, CFP®, is a vice president and manager of business development for Glenmede. He is responsible for the development of new high net worth business with individuals, families, endowments, and foundations from Glenmede's Philadelphia office. In addition, he fosters and maintains existing client relationships enhancing the Company's reputation as a specialized wealth manager.
Prior to joining Glenmede, Mr. Porter served for fourteen years as Director of Institutional Advancement at The Haverford School where he planned and executed the School's Capital Campaign that raised over $30 million. He directed a staff of ten development professionals, overseeing all aspects of the School's fundraising activities. Before that, he was a managing director at PNC Merchant Bank, supervising the Bank's eastern regional corporate finance subsidiary. Mr. Porter began his professional career at J. P. Morgan, eventually rising to the position of vice president of corporate finance.
Mr. Porter received an M.B.A. from The Wharton School of The University of Pennsylvania and a B.A. from Trinity College. In 2007, Mr. Porter, earned the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ designation. While at The Haverford School, he served as a board executive committee member of the Association of Delaware Valley Independent Schools, a consortium of 130 private schools in Pennsylvania, Delaware and New Jersey. He served as vice president and executive committee member of the Merion Cricket Club from 2004 to 2009. Currently, he serves on the Gift Planning Advisory Group (GPAG) for the Philadelphia Zoo. He and his family reside in Rosemont, Pennsylvania. -
Philip Wachs - Vice President, Business Development

Philip Wachs is a vice president and manager of business development for Glenmede. He is responsible for the development of new high net worth business with individuals and families from Glenmede’s Philadelphia office. In addition, he fosters and maintains existing client relationships enhancing the Company’s reputation as a specialized wealth manager.
Prior to joining Glenmede, Mr. Wachs served as Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board at Charming Shoppes. He also headed his own consulting business, which specialized in strategic development and financial planning for multinational publicly and privately traded corporations.
He has served as Chairman and President of the Perelman Jewish Day School for the past three years, and he is a member of the board of Princeton University’s Program in Jewish Studies, Shalom Hartman Institute in Jerusalem, and Schecter Institute in Jerusalem.
A graduate of Princeton University, Mr. Wachs and his family reside in Bala Cynwyd, Pennsylvania.

John S. Phillips - First Vice President, Managing Director, and Portfolio Manager
John S. Phillips is first vice president, managing director and portfolio manager in Glenmede’s Princeton office. He provides investment counsel and wealth advisory services for the Company’s affluent clients. In addition, he is a voting member of the Company’s Investment Policy Committee, which is responsible for asset and sector allocations.
Prior to joining Glenmede, Mr. Phillips was Managing Director and Senior Portfolio Manager at Merrill Lynch Investment Managers - Private Investors. He was Team Leader of seven portfolio managers responsible for almost $2 billion for institutional and high net worth individual investors. Mr. Phillips was a permanent member of the Investment Policy and Strategy Committee and a founding member of the Social Concerns Committee. He served on numerous other committees in recent years, including the Executive Committee, Proxy Committee, Technology Committee and Client Reporting Committee. Before joining MLIM when founded in July 1976, Mr. Phillips served in the Merrill Lynch Securities Research Division beginning February 1972. He was promoted to several positions within this area with his efforts concentrated in portfolio analysis.
A magna cum laude graduate of the University of Notre Dame with a B.A. in Economics, Mr. Phillips received an M.B.A. in Finance from the Wharton School of Finance of the University of Pennsylvania. He was an officer in the U.S. Army and is a Viet Nam veteran.
Mr. Phillips resides with his family in Pennington, New Jersey. He has been an active member of several community organizations and has been a youth sports coach for 15 years in basketball, softball and soccer. Mr. Phillips is a member of the Board of Directors and past Treasurer of the Hopewell Valley YMCA. He is a member of the Board of Trustees and Chairman of the Investment Committee of The Evergreens. -
Frederick O. Young - Vice President and New Business Development Manager

Frederick O. Young is vice president and new business development manager in the Princeton office of Glenmede. He is responsible for developing new high net worth business in Central New Jersey/Bucks County, PA area and fostering and maintaining client relationships to enhance the Company's reputation as an investment and wealth management firm.
Previously, Mr. Young was Senior Vice President and Regional Director of Portfolio Management/Investment Strategy at Wachovia/Wells Fargo. In a career spanning almost thirty years, Mr. Young has worked in many aspects of the wealth management industry, including investments, sales, and management. Mr. Young received a B.A. in finance from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, and he is an Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF).
Mr. Young and his wife, Joy Stocke, reside in Stockton, New Jersey. He is actively involved in the Wild River Review (a non-profit online publication). He has been elected to the boards of: CASA Mercer, Princeton Regional Chamber of Commerce and the green technology start-up, Organic Alchemy.

Geoffrey M. Rogers - Senior Vice President and Managing Director, Wilmington Office

Geoffrey M. Rogers is senior vice president and managing director of Glenmede’s Wilmington office. He oversees the day-to-day operations of the Company’s Delaware office, which he launched in June 1999.
Mr. Rogers brings more than twenty-five years of estate planning and financial services experience to this position. Prior to joining Glenmede, Mr. Rogers was a vice president for Scudder Private Investment Counsel, responsible for new business development. He has also served as a vice president with the Wilmington Trust Company and Delaware Trust Company (now Wachovia).
Mr. Rogers is an active member of several professional and community organizations. He is a member of the Board of Trustees of the Delaware Bankers Association, The Delaware Business Roundtable, National Association of Estate Planners and Councils, The Delaware Community Foundation, Washington College, Winterthur Museum, Operation Warm, World Affairs Council, and Easter Seals. He is Past President of the Board of Trustees of Sanford School, The Estate Planning Council of Delaware and Past Chairman of Wilmington Renaissance and the Wilmington Tax Group.
Mr. Rogers received his B.A. from Washington College and completed the Advanced Management Program of the Harvard Business School.
