Glenmede Appoints Heads of Equity and Fixed Income
Peter Zuleba and Laura LaRosa Promoted to Senior Investment Positions

Glenmede has promoted Peter J. Zuleba, III, CFA, and Laura LaRosa to newly established positions, as head of the firm’s Equity group and Fixed Income group, respectively. Both report directly to Gordon Fowler, Glenmede’s Chief Investment Officer. As Head of Equity, Zuleba is responsible for all quantitative and fundamental research units, as well as for model equity portfolios, trading and proprietary equity investment strategies. LaRosa, as Head of Fixed Income, is responsible for overseeing both tax-exempt and taxable fixed income strategies.
According to Mr. Fowler, the promotions of Zuleba and LaRosa were prompted by their long-term achievements at Glenmede and the firm’s need to address the growing sophistication and reach of its investment platform.
PeterJ. Zuleba, III, CFA
Prior to joining Glenmede in 2004 as a senior portfolio manager, Mr. Zuleba held senior investment positions at JPMorgan Chase and Co. for more than 15 years and managed the company's large cap growth equity strategy. At Glenmede, he is the lead portfolio manager for the Glenmede Strategic Equity Fund and the Strategic Growth strategy, and co-chairs the Company’s Investment Review Committee. Glenmede manages $5 billion in equity fund and separate account assets.
Mr. Zuleba earned his MBA from the University of Miami (1995) and his BS in Business Administration from the University of Delaware (1988). He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation and is a member of the Association for Investment Management and Research (AIMR) and the New York Society of Security Analysts.
Laura LaRosa
Prior to joining Glenmede in 1994, Ms. LaRosa specialized in trading and institutional sales of municipal bonds as Vice President of W. H. Newbolds/Hopper Soliday. Previously, Ms. LaRosa was Vice President and head municipal bond trader at Janney Montgomery Scott.
Ms. LaRosa directs a team of nine fixed income professionals and oversees assets in excess of $4.5 billion.
Ms. LaRosa earned her BA from the University of Pennsylvania (1979) and is a frequent speaker on fixed income products and fixed income trading.
