Gordon B. Fowler Jr. - President and Chief Executive Officer, Chief Investment Officer

Gordon B. Fowler Jr., joined Glenmede as chief investment officer in 2004. He is responsible for Glenmede’s investment strategy and process, portfolio fund managers, trading and investment research group. With a background in both U.S. and global investment management, He has extensive experience with quantitative equity investing, asset allocation, and tax aware research and investment management.
From 1981 to 1994, Mr. Fowler worked for J.P. Morgan’s Investment Management. During this time, Mr. Fowler developed the firm’s first quantitative products, including its long/short strategy, enhanced indexing product and tax-aware investing strategies and managed the firm’s quantitative equity group. In 1994, he joined J.P. Morgan’s Private Bank as the head of U.S. Investment Management, taking responsibility for global investment management later in the decade.
Over the years, he has co-authored numerous articles on investing for private clients and institutions. Articles include: “Tax Aware Equity Investing,” a pioneering study on managing money for taxable individuals, in The Journal of Portfolio Management; “Is Tax Loss Harvesting Worth It? Greater After Tax Returns through Active Selection,” in The Journal of Financial Planning; and “Holistic Optimization of Goals, Simultaneously Solving for an Optimal Asset Allocation Given the Multiple Goals and Multiple Locations of Private Clients,” in The Journal of Wealth Management. Mr. Fowler also co-authored an early article on portable alpha strategies, published in Pensions & Investments Age in November 1990.
Mr. Fowler received a B.A. from Brown University in 1981 and an M.S. from New York University Graduate School of Business in 1985. He is a board member of White Williams Scholars in Philadelphia. He resides in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania with his wife and two children. -
Laura A. Williamson - Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer
Laura A. Williamson is executive vice president and chief operating officer of Glenmede. She is a member of the Company's management committee and is responsible for financial management, human resources, and office administration. In this role, Ms. Williamson's chief responsibilities include strategic planning and forecasting, monitoring and reporting of financial results and trends, capital management, and oversight of compensation policy and administration. Prior to joining Glenmede in 1993, Ms. Williamson was a senior auditor with Ernst & Young, LLP.
Ms. Williamson earned a B.S. in Business Administration, magna cum laude, from Bucknell University in 1989 and a M.B.A. from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania in 2002. She attained the certified public accountant designation in 1990 and remains actively licensed today.
A resident of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Miss Williamson serves on the board of Philadelphia Futures, is an active committee member with The Pennsylvania Ballet, is an alumni advisor to the Management and Accounting faculty of Bucknell University, and has served with Business Volunteers for the Arts. -
Howard E.N. Wilson - Executive Vice President and Director of Client Services

Howard E.N. (Chip) Wilson is executive vice president and director of client services for Glenmede. Across the Company’s five locations, Mr. Wilson provides leadership in both the portfolio management and trust administration groups as well as business development for the Company.
Mr. Wilson came to Glenmede after eighteen years at U.S. Trust, where he served as regional president for the Palm Beach, Florida area, and most recently as managing director of the New York Wealth Management Division. Prior to his position in New York, he was President and Chief Executive officer of U.S. Trust’s Mid-Atlantic Region, headquartered in Philadelphia.
Mr. Wilson earned an M.B.A. in Finance from Loyola College after receiving a B.A. from the University of Maryland. -
Stanley Broadbent - Senior Vice President and Director of Sales

Stan Broadbent is senior vice president and director of sales for Glenmede. He is responsible for directing the new business development activities of the Company.
Prior to joining Glenmede in 1991, Mr. Broadbent was vice president in the Trust Department of CoreStates/New Jersey National Bank, where his responsibilities included the sale of personal and employee benefit trust services. In a career that has spanned more than 30 years, Mr. Broadbent has provided financial, estate and investment planning services to affluent individuals, professionals and executives.
A1970 graduate of Temple University, Mr. Broadbent is a member of the Philadelphia, Bucks and Mercer County Estate Planning Councils and the Estate and Financial Planning Council of Southern New Jersey. -
Warren A. Reintzel, CTFA - Senior Vice President and Director, Relationship Management-Administration

Warren A. Reintzel is senior vice president and director of relationship management-administration in Glenmede’s Philadelphia office. He also serves as relationship manager for a number of large family groups and as the administrative officer for the accounts of the Company's affluent individual investors.
Mr. Reintzel joined Glenmede in 1986 after serving as a vice president in the trust administration department of the Provident National Bank (now PNC) and as a senior administrative officer in the estates settlement department of the First Pennsylvania Bank (now Wachovia). He is a past president of the Philadelphia Estate Planning Council and the Corporate Fiduciaries Association of Philadelphia and continues to be active in both organizations.
Mr. Reintzel received a B.A. from the University of Delaware in 1967, an M.A. from Rutgers University in 1968, and a J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania in 1971. In addition, he is a Certified Trust and Financial Advisor.
Mr. Reintzel resides in Haddonfield, New Jersey with his wife and family. He serves as a Trustee of both the Haddonfield Foundation and the Phi Beta Kappa Association of the Delaware Valley, and he is President of the Board of Trustees of the Wanamaker Institute of Industries. -
Katherine E. Koch, CPA - Senior Vice President and Managing Director, Operations

Katherine E. Koch, CPA, is senior vice president and Managing Director, Operations, for Glenmede. She oversees a staff of 30 employees who are responsible for information technology, performance measurement, securities operations and back office support for all Company locations. She is also a member of the Company’s Management, Relationship Management and Risk Management Committees.
In a career spanning more than twenty-five years at Glenmede, Ms. Koch has served in several capacities, including assistant treasurer, treasurer, and manager of securities operations. Ms. Koch received a B.B.A. with a concentration in Accounting from the College of William and Mary in 1980 and earned the professional designation of Certified Public Accountant in 1982. A member of the Securities Industry Association, Ms. Koch and her family reside in Malvern, Pennsylvania.

David R. Prickril - Senior Vice President and Director of Relationship Management-Portfolio Management

David R. Prickril is senior vice president and director of relationship management-portfolio management in Glenmede’s Philadelphia office. Mr. Prickril is the primary contact on complex relationships and provides investment advice and portfolio management for the Company's high net worth individual clients. In addition, Mr. Prickril supervises the activities of the other portfolio managers and serves on the Company's Management Committee.
Prior to joining Glenmede in 1990, Mr. Prickril was a senior portfolio manager at Fidelity Bank. Before joining Fidelity, Mr. Prickril worked at Girard (Mellon) Bank, in both investment research and as a portfolio manager for personal accounts in the Trust Department.
Mr. Prickril received a B.B.A. in Accounting, cum laude, in 1978 from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire. He successfully completed the C.P.A. examination in 1979. -
James R. Belanger - Senior Vice President and Corporate Counsel

James R. Belanger is senior vice president and corporate counsel for The Glenmede Corporation and all of its subsidiaries. He is a member of the Company’s management committee, and in addition to providing legal guidance and advice to senior management and the Board of Directors, he serves as Director of Business Assurance, supervising Glenmede’s risk management, compliance and internal audit functions. He serves as a director of Glenmede’s registered investment adviser, Glenmede Investment Management LP.
Prior to joining Glenmede in 1993, Mr. Belanger was an attorney in private practice at the law firm of Stradley, Ronon, Stevens & Young. Mr. Belanger is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar.
Mr. Belanger is member of the American Bar Association as well as the Pennsylvania and Philadelphia Bar Associations.
Mr. Belanger also serves as a director of Covenant House Pennsylvania.
Mr. Belanger received a B.A. in political science from Boston College in 1985 and a J.D. from Boston University School of Law in 1988. He and his family reside in Swarthmore, Pennsylvania. -
Lisa M. Whitcomb - Senior Vice President and Managing Director of Wealth Advisory Services
Lisa M. Whitcomb is senior vice president and managing director of wealth advisory services at Glenmede. In this role, Ms. Whitcomb oversees tax, estate, and financial planning and estate administration for the Company’s affluent individual investors for all Glenmede offices. She is also responsible for development of additional wealth advisory services.
Prior to joining Glenmede, Ms. Whitcomb was an attorney with Dechert LLP in its Private Client practice group, specializing in individual estate and tax planning for high net worth individuals, corporate executives, and international clients.
Ms. Whitcomb received a J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania, and she is a graduate of Mount Holyoke College where she earned an A.B. in Economics. She is a member of the Tax Section of the American Bar Association and has served on the Executive Committee of the Probate and Trust Law Section of the Philadelphia Bar Association. She is the author of numerous articles published in professional journals and newspapers. -
Peter J. Zuleba, III, CFA - Senior Vice President, Director of Equity Management

Peter J. Zuleba, III, CFA, is director of equity management for Glenmede Investment Management LP. In this position, he is responsible for both the quantitative and qualitative research groups as well as all model equity portfolios, the trading department, and Glenmede Investment Management's equity products. He is also the lead portfolio manager for the Glenmede Strategic Equity Fund and the Strategic Growth product, where he combines a quantitative discipline with fundamental research insights. Also, he co-chairs the Company’s Investment Review Committee.
Mr. Zuleba joined the parent company, The Glenmede Trust Company, N.A. (GTC), in 2004 as a senior portfolio manager.
Prior to joining GTC, Mr. Zuleba had been employed at J.P. Morgan Chase and Co. for over fifteen years. Most recently, he created and managed the company's large cap growth equity strategy, with assets under management of over $800 million. In addition, he managed discretionary assets for the company's private individual clients, endowments and foundations, communicating investment strategies and portfolio performance to existing and prospective clients.
Mr. Zuleba received an M.B.A. from the University of Miami in 1995 and a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Delaware in 1988. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation and is a member of the Association for Investment Management and Research (AIMR) and the New York Society of Security Analysts.
