The primary function of the Business Development Manager is to facilitate new business for Glenmede.
Essential Functions
- Cultivate centers of influence for referrals of new business prospects, implementing agreed-upon sales objectives in line with Glenmede’s strategy.
- Work with staff members and relationship managers to develop referrals from existing clients.
- Coordinate presentations to prospective clients with staff members.
- Participate in the development of the sales plan – including segmentation, targeting, and territory planning.

Fiduciary Specialist, Wealth Advisory
The Fiduciary Specialist acts as a central administrator for specialized trust matters – such as trust terminations or divisions, real estate and special asset administration and oversight. This position may also support the business unit in providing administration and oversight on other fiduciary business practices to fulfill compliance and regulatory responsibilities.
Essential Functions
- Provide administration and support process oversight for special assets - including real estate, closely-held assets, life insurance and other special or non-marketable assets.
- Serve as a centralized fiduciary administrator, working with Relationship Managers on specialized trust matters across the firm and helping to build best practices.
- Responsible for coordinating information between clients, external attorneys and internal specialists (e.g. Tax, Compliance, Real Estate, etc.) to ensure accurate, timely and efficient trust termination.

Fund Administrator
The Fund Administrator will be responsible for all transactions in partnership investments held in Glenmede high net worth accounts as well as Glenmede Investment Advisors accounts.
Essential Functions
- Complete approved subscription documents for all private equity and hedge fund investments.
- Maintain all tax and legal files.
- Collect all K-1s, 1099s and other tax information from private equity and hedge fund investments and forward to tax preparers.
- Serve as primary administrative contact for investors in the Glenmede Private Investment Funds (GPIF).
- Manage new GPIF account openings/closings.
- Maintain investor contact database (addresses, wire information, etc.).
- Initiate and send investor correspondence (capital call & distribution letters, quarterly & annual financial reports, K-1 tax forms, amendment requests, etc.).
- Manage approved treasury functions (cash management, invoices, cash receipts & disbursements).
- Process transfers of interest.
- Assist auditors with annual audit of financial statements.
- Manage Liberty Special Strategies Funds (LSSF) client subscription process (mailing & tracking documents, answer client questions, provide MAP with total monthly subscription amounts, make sure client accounts are funded before month-end).
- Serve as primary contact for all clients invested in the LSSF.
- Complete approved subscription and redemption documents for underlying hedge fund investments
- Provide Fund accountants with all subscription & redemption information.
- Process approved service requests for Fund level capital transactions (contributions, redemptions) in client accounts.
- As needed, provide AML documentation, bank reference letters, contact, wire and tax information and other information requested from partnership investments.

Investment Coordinator PCT
The primary function is to provide operational, analytical and administrative support for the Pew Charitable Trusts (PCT) investment group. The Glenmede Trust Company serves as trustee and investment manager for PCT.
Essential Functions
- Daily review of PCT cash position and implement cash transfers as needed.
- Maintain spreadsheets to monitor asset allocation and forecast cash position.
- Maintain spreadsheets to monitor hedge fund market values and performance.

Relationship Manager Assistant
The primary function of the Relationship Manager Assistant is to complete the assigned functions and to support other team members in the Private Client Services team with their duties. This includes client interaction and entails a working knowledge of the pertinent departmental subject area.

- Prepare client meeting materials via InvestEdge inclusive of agendas and account review material.
- Process client transactions daily via the Securities Ops Service Request Database and Sharepoint, including, but not limited to check requests, deposits, transfers of cash and securities, charitable gifts and updating client information. - Independently handle certain client (internal and/or external clients) inquiries. Undertake research to respond to client requests, and take needed action.
